Once the program agreement is signed, services will be provided as outlined. If service agreement is not signed, a 501(c)(3) donation receipt is provided within 30-days of payment.Access and Refund Policy for Discovery PassUpon purchasing the Discovery Pass, you agree that your 30-day access to the Healing Optics online platform commences on the payment date, not the date of signing the Discovery Pass agreement. Access to your scheduled consultation and the online platform is contingent upon your submission of the signed Discovery Pass agreement.We provide the link to sign the Discovery Pass agreement immediately upon payment, and it is your responsibility to sign and return this agreement promptly. The start of your 30-day access period is not delayed by any delay in signing the agreement.Please be aware that the fee for the Discovery Pass is non-refundable.Access is granted for 30 days regardless of when you choose to start utilizing the platform or consultation. If you do not use the services within this period, or if you decide not to enroll in the full program, your access will still expire after 30 days without eligibility for a refund.Success stories and results described on this site are typical of dedicated participants who have fully engaged with our methods.
